User Agreement
Welcome to ArtLens. This User Agreement is a binding agreement between you and ArtLens referred to as “we,” “us,” or “ArtLens”. By downloading, installing, or using ArtLens on your iPhone or iPad, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
All information is processed locally, information is only retained on the local user's device, and when the user actively deletes the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data.
By using ArtLens, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
ArtLens grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any iPhone or iPad that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
ArtLens does not require registration or the creation of an account. You may use the app completely anonymously. All information is processed locally, information is only retained on the local user's device, and when the user actively deletes the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data.
ArtLens, including its code, design, user interface, filter algorithms, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of the ArtLens developer. You are granted no rights other than the limited license described above. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works of the app.
You may use ArtLens to apply filters to photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use and process every photo you load into the app. All information is processed locally, information is only retained on the local user's device, and when the user actively deletes the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data.
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the app’s normal operation
- Remove or distribute the app outside of the Apple App Store
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the app to process images that infringe third-party rights
Every filter and edit is performed locally on your device using Apple’s Core Image framework. All information is processed locally, information is only retained on the local user's device, and when the user actively deletes the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data.
We may release updates to ArtLens through the App Store. You are responsible for installing updates to continue using the latest version. We are not obligated to provide support or maintenance.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.
ArtLens is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will always function without disruptions, delays, or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArtLens and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may modify this User Agreement at any time. The new version will be posted in the app or on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of ArtLens after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
